Class Explanations:

Boxing with Ross:

Pad work, bag work, technique, core work, body weight work. Boxing and Kickboxing combos. Full body workout and great stress relief.

Kettle Bells with Ross:

Invigorate your whole body with these high intensity classes aimed at muscle building and weight loss. Both classes incorporate lots of core work and cardio.

Nifty n Over 50’s with Ross:

A fun social class with group or pairs activities to strengthen & improve your fitness level. Great for injury & health issue prevention.

Abs, Bum and Thighs with Ross:
This class concentrates on your Hamstrings, Glutes, Hips and Core stability. Ross uses thirty second cardio bursts to burn fat and build muscle, this is great class for toning and lifting.

Kids Bootcamp with Ross:

Designed for 7-14 year olds to learn how to use a gym safe & effectively while getting fit in a social environment.

 CrankIt with Joseph:

A modern style of resistance exercise using suspended straps to push, pull and swing your body around. Great for developing core strength. For beginners to advanced.

 

Pump with Carmen or Stefan:

A varied freestyle class with strength exercises that challenge every major muscle group. A full body workout using barbell, DB, plates & body weight. Caters for all fitness levels and ages.

Yoga with Tina:

A powerful and recharging class, this 1 Hour class helps to relax and calm using breathing techniques and deep stretches.

Spin with Tina & Mel:

Get ready for a ride that you won’t forget quickly – High intensity and a high fat burning workout that will have you hooked and wanting more.

Functional training helps provide you with the strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility that you need to thrive as you move through your life.  It gives you an edge and enhances your performance so you can achieve your goals safely and with good health. This is a class for everyone and all fitness levels.

Step with Carmen

The words “Step Aerobics” may bring to mind neon lycra and sweatbands! Never fear we are neon lycra free and we can say this still-popular workout will get your heart racing and put a smile on your face.
