Joseph Santic

Joseph is a qualified Personal Trainer with his Certificate three and four in fitness. Joseph is a Personal Trainer, Class Instructor and is apart of our friendly reception staff here at Maisha.

Joseph focuses on strength, toning and muscle building, and trains using reps as a guide instead of timing. So instead of 30 second bursts Joseph will train for 10-15 reps with 30 second rests in-between sets.

Joseph is available from Monday to Sunday for Personal or Pair Training sessions. Joseph instructs three different classes including Gym Floor Circuit, Crank It and Core Blaster.

Ross Cooper

Ross is a Personal Trainer, Class Instructor and is apart of our friendly reception staff here at Maisha. He has 30 years’ experience in the Fitness Industry. Ross is an extremely qualified and knowledgeable Personal Trainer, he specialises in Boot Camp, Rehabilitation, Diabetes, Boxing, Kettle Bells and Training for all ages.

Ross’s qualifications include: Certificate Three and Four in fitness, Boxing and Kick Back Punch, Functional Trainer Certificate, Rehab Essential Trainers, TRX Certificate, Level 1 Kettlebell, Level 1 Boot Camp, Boot Camp Advanced and Group Training Certificate. Ross is also a few months away from finishing his two year diploma in Personal Training.

Ross is available from Monday to Sunday for Personal and Pair Training sessions. Ross instructs a range of different classes from Monday to Sunday. These classes are Commando, Over 50’s,

Fit Ball, Boxing, Kettle Bells, Kid’s class and Boot Camp. Refer to our timetable for specific information about days and times.

Mel Semmler

Mel is a qualified Personal trainer, holding certificate three and four in fitness. She started her fitness career in 2006 and is a registered fitness professional with Fitness Australia.  Mel has many qualifications under her belt.

Mel runs a functional gym floor workout each day in the morning and afternoon.  It’s a flexible, functional workout for all age groups and is scaled to your personal ability and strength.

Mel is also available for Personal Training weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Carmen Whittle

Carmen is a Group Fitness Instructor who runs a Pump class two to three times weekly. Carmen will push you to your limits and you will leave her classes feeling stronger and motivated.

Stefan Licina

Stefan is a Group Fitness Instructor and our second Pump mentor, Stefan instructs Pump classes two to three times weekly. Stefan loves a hard Pump class and will push your fitness levels.

Tina Parkinson

Tina instructs our Spin Classes 2 times a week with out a doubt you will leave feeling that you have achieved the benefits of a great workout.
